Mediation Consulting offered by CEDRS is a new and necessary extension of the art of mediation. Rather than serving as a neutral mediator either before or after litigation has begun, a Mediation Consultant is hired to assist the client and the attorneys representing the client in the following fashions:
Provide strategic guidance in litigation geared toward creating the most favorable settlement terms at mediation.
Analyze facts and discovery in order to assist counsel and client to create the most persuasive presentation at mediation.
Serve as a consultant to the client and counsel at mediation in order to provide insights into the mediation process as it occurs.

We are able to effectively assist parties and counsel frame the debate and the materials issues at mediation, structure the process and the climate of the mediation, and provide insight into the mediation in real time in order to create an optimum result at the mediation.
