Refund Guarantee
If the matter settles more than two days before the mediation date, CEDRS will refund the full fee. If it settles within two days of the mediation date, CEDRS will refund half the fee and credit the other half toward your next mediation.*

CEDRS' fee schedule is flexible depending on the amount in dispute. Matters under $100,000 are discounted in the interests of affordability and speedy resolution.** We do not charge administrative fees.

CEDRS has mediation facilities throughout Southern California, and is affiliated with offices nationally and internationally. California mediations may be convened in Century City, downtown Los Angeles, Calabasas, Sherman Oaks, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County.
