Refund Guarantee If the matter settles more than two days before the mediation date, CEDRS will refund the full fee. If it settles within two days of the mediation date, CEDRS will refund half the fee and credit the other half toward your next mediation.*

Convenience CEDRS has mediation facilities throughout Southern California, and is affiliated with offices nationally and internationally. California mediations may be convened in Century City, downtown Los Angeles, Calabasas, Sherman Oaks, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County.
* If the mediation is scheduled outside Southern California, this guarantee applies only to fees and not to incurred travel expenses. **CEDRS' mediators offer pro bono services in cases of hardship.
